Why Belmont Theatre Company?

We are friendly, active (produce three shows a year) and are very sociable. As a Belmont member or Patron you will be a part of a community of like-minded people who have a passion for theatre.  You will receive a regular newsletter which provides information on forthcoming productions and also our regular social events which have included trips to the west end, quizzes, parties, meals out, walks, ten pin bowling and much more.


Ways you can get involved


  • Performance: Acting or Directing
  • Backstage: Stage Management, Props, Make-Up, Light and Sound, Set Build and Design and much more.
  • Front of House: Box Office, Selling Programmes, Welcoming Audiences/Stewarding etc.
  • Other: Publicity, Membership, Management and Administration

Membership

Membership is an annual fee of just £25 single or £45 joint (if you are at the same address). The annual membership fee is just £16 for those between 16 and 21 in full-time education.

There is currently no joining fee.


Patrons

If you have no wish to become too deeply involved but still want to support your local theatre company, you might want to consider becoming a Patron.
 
Patron Fees are just £12 per annum individual or £18 for a couple at the same address. You get several other benefits as a patron too including free programmes, regular newsletters and admission to social events.

Does your group want to learn more about theatre?

You can book us to come along, free of charge, to provide an excellent insight into how Belmont, or any other theatre group operates. The session is fun and informative, lasts about 20 minutes, with a PowerPoint slide show and /chat, with opportunity to ask us questions.
