Christmas Get-together
On the morning of Sunday 20th December, Mary and John warmly welcomed Belmonters from far and wide to their home for this relaxed do as they have done very kindly for several years.
On behalf of everyone who attended, a big ‘Thank you’ for hosting it and for all the preparation.
It was lovely chatting – and especially nice catching up with those of us not seen as often now.
The food (as always) was mouth-watering. It was so tempting that, despite having over-indulged on seasonal grub the previous night, I couldn’t resist putting away a sizeable piece of the delicious cake Mary made!
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, and wish you a happy and healthy 2016. May it bring much success for Belmont, too (Sitting Pretty and beyond).
